FROM VIENNA TO THE WORLD
ARCH ON TOUR 26_HAMBURG 3
On the Elbe - In the Philharmonie
29th - 31st AUGUST 2018
Concept and moderation: Marion Kuzmany / ARCH ON TOUR
Guided tours: Sebastian Maaß / IBA; Thorsten Gödtel / HafenCity; as well as other experts in a number of buildings and museums on site
Tour operator: Mondial GmbH & Co. KG
The tour is entirely dedicated to the Elbphilharmonie and starts at the Hotel Westin Elbphilharmonie, where you can stay right at the heart of the action and experience Hamburg from the perspective of HafenCity. There is also a jazz concert in the Great Hall as part of the Elbphilharmonie summer program. A guided tour through HafenCity and Speicherstadt gives an insight into exciting new usage concepts of the former factory buildings, warehouses and warehouses, which have also been expanded into residential lofts, co-working spaces and restaurants as well as high-quality art collections in a wider area. ARCH ON TOUR visits the best examples, leads to the Hamburg International Building Exhibition and offers time for the famous old town on the Alster.
Due to the great success of the first and second ARCH ONTOUR to Hamburg in May and September 2017 and numerous demand, the tour will take place for the third time with summer program variants.
